We are soon ready to go!

What a whirlwind of a week we have had. Brad and I had to go to New York City on Wednesday to get our visa. We took the 5:30am train and got back at 4pm. There was not much of seeing New York. Just off the train to the Consulate of Colombia, grab food to go and back on the train. We were so glad that we had our visa in hand, and that was finished. We also had our first Skype with Cruz on Thursday. What a special time that was. However you could see that all our eyes looking at him was a little more overwhelming then him just looking at us. He looked so sweet and we can't wait to hold him. Thanks again so much for everyone who offered to help with our kids and bring meals this week. It was great knowing our kids were being loved and cared for as Brad and I traveled to New York and also organized all of Cruz's medical needs for the trip and flight. We were also so blessed by everyone who came out (and even all who could not) to the prayer that you had for our family. It was a very special time for us and it meant so much knowing we have so many people praying and supporting us through this exciting and anxious time. We will leave tomorrow morning to go to Bogota. We will keep you updated on our time away. Please keep us all in your prayers as we travel and adjust to being a family of 7. We could not do this without all of you!
